  1. How much is shipping?

We offer flat rate shipping of $7.50 per order within the Continental U.S.  We may offer free or discounted shipping on occasion.  International shipping is currently unavailable.  

 

  1. How fast is shipping?

Items are shipped out within 1 – 2 business days from the date of your order.  Please note that we do not ship items during weekends (Saturday and Sunday).  We will notify you via email when your order has shipped.  Orders should arrive in 2-3 business days, ONCE THEY HAVE BEEN SHIPPED.

 

  1. Do you ship internationally?

International shipping is currently unavailable. 

 

  1. Does Urbanly Chic accept returns?

Due to COVID-19, we are currently not accepting returns.  However, if you received a damaged item, please email us within 3 days of your order delivery date, so we can refund your purchase for the damaged item: info@urbanlychic.com.

 

  1. I live near Chicago, IL.  Can I arrange to pick-up my order directly from you?

Yes!  Please give us a call to schedule a pick-up time: (312) 544-9809.

 

  1. Will you restock items that are currently out of stock?

We will do our best to restock items that sell out quickly.  If you are interested in an item that is currently sold out, please contact us at: info@urbanlychic.com, and we will notify you when it comes back in stock.

 

  1. Do you charge sales tax?

We are required to charge sales tax to those customers who are located within the state of Illinois.

8. My package was lost or stolen.  What should I do next?

We are not responsible for packages that are lost in transit or stolen.  In the event your package is lost or stolen, you may file a claim with the carrier (UPS, or USPS).  All packages shipped from our warehouse are insured. 

 

FAQs regarding PREORDER items:

  1. What are preorder items?  Preorder items are inventory that is currently not in stock.  These items are not available for immediate shipping.
  2. When will preorder items ship?  Generally, preorder items will ship on or before the date provided in the description section for the preorder item.  Preorder items usually ship earlier than the date provided.
  3. Is shipment ever delayed for preorder items?  To-date, shipment has never been delayed for any preorder item sold by Urbanly Chic. In fact, most preorder items ship earlier than the date provided in the description section for each item.
  4. When will my order ship if it includes one or more preorder items and an item that is currently in stock and ready for immediate shipping?  If your order includes a preorder item, your order will not ship until the preorder item is in stock and ready to ship. Please keep this in mind if you are purchasing one or more in stock items, in addition to a preorder item.  If you would like the in stock item to ship immediately, please submit a separate order for the preorder item. 
  5. Should I place a separate order for preorder items? You should place a separate order for preorder items if you would like to also purchase an item that is in stock, and you would like the in stock item to ship immediately.  If your order includes a preorder item and in stock items, your order will not ship until the preorder item is in stock and available for immediate shipping.
